Overview
The former Lleiod Garage site is being transformed into 21 sheltered housing flats for people aged 55 and over. The development will include one and two bedroom apartments, communal facilities, parking, and landscaped areas. Designed to be energy-efficient, the homes are expected to be completed by winter 2025.
