Wrexham University’s Enterprise Engineering and Optics Centre (EEOC), built in partnership with Wynne Construction, is a cutting-edge facility advancing optics, photonics, composites, and hydrogen technologies. Funded by the North Wales Growth Deal, this sustainable 2,187 sqm centre supports research, innovation, and skills development. Featuring eco-friendly design elements, it promotes local employment and apprenticeships. Completed in 2025, the EEOC aligns with the university’s Campus 2025 strategy, positioning Wrexham as a hub for advanced manufacturing and regional economic growth.
